At Reedy 1st Coach, we want you to be satisfied with our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and procedures for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service.
If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled session time, you are eligible for a full refund of the session fee. This applies to both single sessions and individual sessions within a package.
If you cancel between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the session fee. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the session at no additional cost (subject to availability).
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. However, you may request a one-time rescheduling (subject to availability and at our discretion).
Once a coaching session has begun, no refund will be provided for that session. If you need to leave a session early due to an emergency, please inform your coach. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial make-up session.
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show), the session will be forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be provided. If you experience a genuine emergency that prevented you from attending or providing notice, please contact us within 24 hours and we will review your case on an individual basis.

Each session may be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times. After the second rescheduling, the session must be completed or forfeited.
If you cancel a package before any session has been completed, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
If you cancel a package after some sessions have been completed, the refund will be calculated as follows: Total package price minus the cost of completed sessions at individual session rates (not the discounted package rate), minus a 10% administrative fee on the remaining amount.
No refund is available after all sessions in a package have been completed.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise requested. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.

For package clients (Starter, Professional, and Executive), our redo guarantee allows you to redo any session you're not satisfied with at no extra cost.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to coach unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
Neither party shall be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, internet outages, or platform failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions.
