These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reedy 1st Coach website (reedy1stcoach.site) and all interview coaching services provided by Reedy 1st Coach ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Client" refers to any individual who purchases or uses our coaching services.
• "Services" refers to all interview coaching, mock interview, strategy session, resume writing, and related services offered by Reedy 1st Coach.
• "Session" refers to a single coaching appointment conducted via video call.
• "Package" refers to a bundle of multiple sessions purchased together at a discounted rate.
• "Feedback Report" refers to the written document provided after each coaching session.
• "Free Consultation" refers to the complimentary 15-minute call offered to new clients.

2. Services Description

Reedy 1st Coach provides professional interview coaching services designed to help job seekers prepare for employment interviews. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• One-on-one mock interviews via video call
• Interview strategy and preparation sessions
• Behavioral interview coaching (STAR method)
• Salary negotiation coaching
• Group discussion coaching
• Resume review and rewriting
• Written feedback reports
• Follow-up support via WhatsApp/email (for package clients)

All services are delivered online via Google Meet or Zoom video call unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By purchasing our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Booking and Scheduling

• Sessions are booked through our website contact form, phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with session details and a video call link.
• Sessions are available 7 days a week, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST, subject to coach availability.
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time slot, but availability is not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, a working camera, and a microphone for video sessions.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current pricing is as follows:

Payment must be made in full before the first session unless otherwise agreed. We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and major debit/credit cards. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect already-confirmed bookings.

6. Free Consultation

The free 15-minute consultation is available to new clients only. It is a preliminary conversation to understand your needs and recommend appropriate services. It is not a coaching session and does not include mock interviews, feedback, or strategy advice. There is no obligation to purchase any service after the free consultation.

7. Session Conduct

• You agree to be on time for your scheduled session. Sessions will begin at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be marked as a no-show (see Section 8).
• You agree to conduct yourself professionally during sessions. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate session termination without refund.
• Sessions are recorded for quality assurance and client review purposes. By participating, you consent to recording.
• Session recordings are shared only with you and are deleted after 90 days.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no extra cost.
• Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the session are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
• No-Show: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.

9. Feedback Reports

Written feedback reports are delivered via email within 24 hours of each session. Reports are for your personal use only and may not be shared publicly, published, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data from sessions for service improvement purposes.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Important: Reedy 1st Coach does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to job offers, interview callbacks, salary increases, or career advancement. Interview outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including the competition, the hiring manager's preferences, the overall job market, and your individual performance on the day of the interview.

Our services are designed to improve your interview preparation and confidence. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the likelihood of any particular result. Any statements on our website about the benefits of coaching are general in nature and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Reedy 1st Coach and is protected by copyright law.
• Feedback reports, coaching materials, and session content developed by our coaches are our intellectual property.
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use feedback reports for your own interview preparation.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our materials without written permission.

12. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during coaching sessions as confidential. We will not disclose your personal information, career details, or session content to any third party without your consent, except as required by law. Similarly, you agree not to share proprietary coaching methods, frameworks, or materials provided during sessions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Reedy 1st Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for any loss of employment, income, or career opportunities, whether or not such loss was foreseeable.
• We are not liable for technical issues (internet connectivity, platform outages) that are beyond our reasonable control.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reedy 1st Coach, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or platform service disruptions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions at no additional cost.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

1. Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication.
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
3. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reedy 1st Coach regarding the use of our services.
